Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the AI Health Suite software (“the App”), operated by the sole proprietorship of Dimitrios Kouskouras (“we”), handles data. The App is professional documentation and scheduling software that is installed and runs locally on the user's device.

2. Where your data is stored

All data you enter into the App (records, appointments, visit notes, settings) is stored locally on your own device. We do not transmit, view, or have access to your data — we do not operate any servers of our own that receive a copy of your data.

• Single-device mode: data stays exclusively on your device (local database).
• Optional network mode (multiple computers/phones): data is shared only within your own local network (LAN), via a server running on your own computer. It never passes through any third-party servers or cloud services.
• You can export all your data to a JSON file at any time, and import it again or onto another device.
• You can delete all data from the App at any time, via Settings → Tools.

3. Who is the data controller

Because data is stored locally and controlled exclusively by you, the professional/user of the App is the data controller for the data they enter, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. We provide the tool; we do not process your data on our own behalf.

4. Data we ourselves collect

The App itself does not send your records/appointments/visit data anywhere outside your device/network. We may process limited information only for:

• License key validation and a device identifier (machine ID), to verify license activation.
• Communications you send us directly (e.g. support emails).

5. Security

The optional network feature uses authentication (JWT), and records are written using safe, atomic file writes to avoid data corruption on interruption. No feature of the App requires an internet connection for day-to-day use.

6. Your rights

Because you retain full local control of your data, you can view, export, or delete it directly within the App at any time, without needing to contact us.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
