License Agreement (EULA)

1. General Information

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Dimitrios Kouskouras (“Licensor”), owner and creator of the AI Health Suite software.

By installing or using AI Health Suite, you fully accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Software Description

AI Health Suite consists of 18 specialized medical practice management programs, including:

• ICARDIO — Interventional Cardiology
• AIeye / IEYE — Ophthalmology
• IChild — Pediatrics
• IHEMA — Hematology
• INEPHRO — Nephrology
• IRHEUM — Rheumatology
• IENDO — Endocrinology
• IPHYSIO — Physiotherapy
• IGASTRO — Gastroenterology
• IPULMO — Pulmonology
• INEURO — Neurology
• IDERM — Dermatology
• IPSYCH — Psychiatry
• IORTHOP — Orthopedics
• IURO — Urology
• IENT — ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat)
• IGYN — OB/GYN
• IGENERAL — General Practice

Each program includes AI Agent v2.0, network support, email integration, ICD-10 codes, PDF export and printing.

3. License Types

3.1 Free Trial

A 30-day free trial with full functionality is provided. No credit card required. After the trial expires, programs are locked until a subscription is activated.

3.2 Monthly Subscription

Monthly billing with automatic renewal. You may cancel at any time — the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

3.3 Annual Subscription

Annual billing with ~17% discount compared to monthly. Automatic renewal unless cancelled.

3.4 Perpetual License (One-time)

Permanent license — programs work indefinitely with no recurring charge. Pricing is determined per project.

4. Grant of License

You are granted a non-exclusive, transferable license to use the software according to the license type you have selected. The license permits:

• Installation and use on one or more computers within the same practice/clinic
• Unlimited concurrent users on the same network (LAN)
• Use of all 18 specialty programs
• Data export to PDF and printing

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify or reverse engineer the software
• Rent, lease or resell the license without written consent
• Use the software for purposes that violate data protection legislation (GDPR)
• Remove or alter any copyright or intellectual property notices

6. Data & Privacy

Patient data is stored locally on your computer. It is not transmitted to external servers or cloud services.

• Your data remains on your computer even if you cancel your subscription
• You can export your data at any time
• For network use, the database is shared only within the same LAN
• GDPR compliance obligations apply to the User as data controller

7. Intellectual Property

The AI Health Suite software and source code are the intellectual property of Dimitrios Kouskouras. All rights reserved.

Source code is provided only in the Enterprise package (read-only access).

8. Warranty & Liability

The software is provided “as is”. The Licensor does not warrant that the software will operate without errors or interruptions. The Licensor’s liability is limited to the subscription amount you have paid.

The Licensor is not liable for:

• Data loss due to user error or hardware failure
• Incorrect medical diagnosis or decision based on the software
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to the database

9. Amendments

The Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. Changes will be communicated via email or through the software. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
